What’s on Sky Sports this month? November’s essential viewing schedule
Top watches for the sporting month ahead.
Another month brings another lot of top live sports on Sky Sports. Check out what’s coming up on Sky Sports this month across their 12 channels.
Football on Sky Sports
The Premier League is in full swing and it looks as though we’ll be in for an interesting campaign, although you also can’t ignore the competition from the leagues below and around Europe.
Another unfortunate international break will be coming during the month, but following that will be some exciting fixtures for us all to enjoy!
Chelsea vs Arsenal | Sunday 10th November at 4:30pm | Sky Sports Main Event & Premier League
A battle for London as two of the capital’s biggest teams will go head-to-head for the bragging rights - and league position.
Arsenal’s three-game slide has seen them drop out of the top four, with Chelsea assuming the fourth spot, albeit both on level points. The season is still early, but this will be a highly competitive matchup that both side will want to win.
Manchester City vs Tottenham Hotspur | Saturday 23rd November at 5:30pm | Sky Sports Main Event & Premier League
Returning from the last international break of the year, Manchester City takes on Ange Postecoglou’s unpredictable Tottenham side.
Both sides are one and two in the list of top-scoring teams so far this season, so this could certainly be an entertaining affair.
Borussia Dortmund vs Bayern Munich | Saturday 30th November at 5:30pm | Sky Sports Football
Over to Germany as two season rivals meet for the first time this season, with the yellow wall at Dortmund as always looking to provide the difference as they welcome the heavyweights of Bayern.
Bayern are back to being the top team in the Bundesliga currently unbeaten in the league (at the time of writing), with Dortmund a bit down in fifth. However, one result can change how things proceed, so be sure to tune in for this one.
Formula 1 on Sky Sports
After a thrilling triple-header in October and the first weekend of November, the final three races of the season will begin at the end of this month. The championship will be decided in that time, and it all starts (and possibly ends) in Las Vegas.
Las Vegas Grand Prix | 22nd - 24th November | Sky Sports F1 HD
Doubts were cast ahead of last year’s Las Vegas GP, but it ended up delivering an interesting affair come Sunday’s race.
The same will be expected this year, where all sights are on Lando Norris and Max Verstappen, the two title contenders. Verstappen can seal his championship with a win during the weekend, while Norris needs the win to keep his hopes alive.
Both could be foiled by an expected strong Ferrari showing, though. It is sure to be a spectacle in Sin City.
Qatar Grand Prix | 29th November - 1st December | Sky Sports F1 HD
From Vegas one weekend to Qatar the next. If the title wasn’t decided in Vegas, it most certainly could be in the final Sprint weekend of the year.
The Qatar circuit isn’t the most exciting but Sprint weekends are starting to win people over, and with the title potentially still in the balance, it could be a good race.
Cricket on Sky Sports
With winter coming, the cricket season is largely over now, so there isn’t really any fixtures worth shouting about this month.
Golf on Sky Sports
The PGA Tour main season has now finished following Scottie Scheffler’s victory at the FedEx Cup Championship. However, over on the affiliated DP World Tour, the field are getting ready for the big finale, as the race to Dubai culminates with the last two major events of the year, where the major spoils are kept.
Abu Dhabi Championship | 7th - 10th November | Sky Sports Main Event & Golf
The DP World Tour Playoffs starts with the Abu Dhabi Championship, with the $9m prize fund and 9000 Race to Dubai points to be shared out.
The likes of Rory McIlroy and Tommy Fleetwood will be on show, so if you’re missing some top-level golf, this and the following championship should satisfy your needs.
DP World Tour Championship | 14th - 17th November | Sky Sports Main Event & Golf
The season will end with the big win, the DP World Tour Championship. On offer is bragging rights, but maybe more importantly the lions share of the $10m prize fund.
The full entry list is yet to be confirmed, although expect to see some of the top names in world golf, including the defending champion Nicolai Hojgaard aiming to defend his title.
Tennis on Sky Sports
The men’s and women’s tennis seasons are drawing to a close and both the ATP and WTA Tours will have their season-ending Finals tournaments during the month.
WTA Finals | 2nd - 9th November | Sky Sports Main Event & Tennis
The WTA Finals is up first, having kicked off the first weekend of the month. New world number one Aryna Sabalenka will be looking to cap off her stellar year that saw her win two major championships.
She’ll have some tough obstacles to get past, though, such as the defending champion Iga Swaitek, who has the most tournament titles this year.
ATP Finals | 10th - 17th November | Sky Sports Main Event & Tennis
Following straight on from the WTA Finals will be the ATP Finals, where the best of the best in the men’s game will compete for the coveted title.
Novak Djokovic is the defending champion, but after a strong year from young talents Jannik Sinner and Carlos Alcaraz, it will be tough for the Serbian to retain his crown.
Live action on Sky Sports
Grand Slam of Darts | 9th - 17th November | Sky Sports+ & Main Event
